Daily Nutrients Requirements::
It is important to eat diet in rich of protein, irkn, calcium and vitamins while you're breastfeeding.Drink more water and take your nap on time. Following are some tips for breastfeeding mom's:-
1) Snacks:-
Sandwiches, Milk, Yoghurt, Cheese,Bread, avacoda etc.
2) Protein:-
Meat, Fish, Egg, Nuts and Seeds.
3) Calcium:-
Dairy products such as milk and soyamilk, soyachees.
